The peppers that we use are all sourced from selected growers. Feta cheese filling is from certified cheese producer. Feta cheese filling has a creamy texture and keeps its form. The cheese does not break up and fall out of the pepper. Less salt content in cheese therefore making it more palatable and healthy. Extra Virgin Olive oil that is used is from the Kranidi P.D.O region of Greece, thus giving a wonderful aroma, flavour and texture.
This is against vegetable oils that are used under other brands, that have no aroma and taste.
