Authentikon green olives are handpicked by organic olive groves. We only use organically cultivated olives grown and harvested in the traditional methods that have been used over thousands of years in Greece. The olives are retained according to the traditional recipe, in water with a little sea salt. Serve with rusks and feta cheese, for a traditional Greek meze.
